The Khutbah material delivered by the Khatib typically responds to or addresses issues that are currently being discussed. This paper aims to examine the hadith in the Khutbah material delivered by Indonesian and Malaysian Khatib in responding to issues that are presently discussed. This research employs a qualitative comparative study model. The results of the study show that the hadith quoted by Khatib in Khutbah material in Indonesia and Malaysia vary, due to differences in issues. However, in general, the themes raised are similar, primarily concerning politics, socio-humanity, the environment, violence in the name of religion, and tolerance. This study also found differences in the freedom of preachers in the two countries. Servants in Indonesia have the freedom to create their own Khutbah scripts, while Malaysian Khatib must follow the official government script.</p> Abdul Majid, Latifah Abdul Majid, Sitti Sagirah, Muhaemin Muhaemin ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://journal.uinsi.ac.id/index.php/bijis/article/view/10698 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0800 "التحليل المقارن بين تعدد الزوجات فى الشرائع السابقة والإسلام وأثره فى حل مشكلة الأيامي "أنـموذج ولاية يوبي https://journal.uinsi.ac.id/index.php/bijis/article/view/10789 <p>This research studies "polygamy and its impact on solving the problem of Al-Ayami (Single ladies), A Case Study of Yobe State. It aims to identify the phenomenon of polygamy and its abundance in Nigerian society, especially in the North-Eastern Region. Most of those who accept polygamy do not know its provisions, controls, as well as the great importance and lofty goal that Islamic Sharia arranged in the presence of polygamy, and this is what made people lose this practice, its usefulness and interest for which polygamy was legislated. So this research aims to shed light on this apparent aspect. How the matter was before and after Islam, the provisions related to it, the conditions and controls that must be adhered to. Polygamy solves the problem of single ladies from a psychological, economic and social point of view in Yobe state. The researcher tried to fill this gap using the descriptive analytical method, thus studying the historical overview of Yobe state, its geographical location, analyze the vocabulary of the research, and reveal the manifestations of polygamy, its importance, regulations in the previous laws of Jews, Christians, Arabs and others, This research is limited to solving The problem of single ladies (virgins, divorced and widows) in Yobe state. The conclusion contained the most important results and recommendations. It shows that this matter is as old as Humanity, whether among the owners of the heavenly religions or other ancient societies and civilizations, such as the Chinese, Indians and Arabs in the Pre-Islamic Era, but it was left without organization and discipline and that Islam came with what gives it great importance, from the statement of terms and conditions and the regulations related to it. The results reached by the researcher include that the Yobe state community contributes to the acceptance of polygamy a lot, also relating the percentage of women accepting the idea of polygamy to be less than that of men's acceptance of the idea in the state.</p> Abubakar Ibrahim Adamu, Ishaq Abdullahi ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://journal.uinsi.ac.id/index.php/bijis/article/view/10789 Sat, 02 May 2026 15:42:10 +0800
