Mitsaq: Islamic Family Law Journal is a scientific periodical published by the Sharia Faculty of Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris State Islamic University Samarinda. This scientific periodical has specificity in the study of Islamic Family Law. Mitsaq accepts the latest studies, both doctrinaire-conceptual legal studies and empirical legal studies. The Mitsaq Journal of Islamic Law management team invites lecturers, students, researchers and legal practitioners to contribute to the development of family law science by publishing their articles in the Mitsaq journal. Of course, after going through a review and editing process.
This journal is published twice a year in January and August. Mitsaq: Islamic Family Law Journal accepts articles in Indonesian, Arabic and English which are the result of thesis research, theses, dissertations, lecturer research, and also other research.
Mitsaq: Islamic Family Law Journal is an open access journal, a peer-reviewed journal which aims to offer a platform for Islamic family law study articles for national and international scholars.
