Abstract

Library is a tool that has a wide range of information. As a
service    of    information,    communication    interaction    is    strongly influenced  by  the  librarian.  The  librarians  are  required  to  have  the communication skills, which are expected to provide services to library patrons.  In  addition,  a  librarian  should  empathy,  supportiveness, positiveness, equality, confidence, immediacy, interaction management to support the librarian skills in creating effective communication with visitors. To improve the communication skills of librarians should have to have confidence, attractiveness and strength.
