TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL ABAD 21 DENGAN PENDEKATAN PRISMA
Abstract
Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap transformasi pendidikan di abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran digital menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses). Sumber data diperoleh dari database Google Scholar, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect dengan rentang tahun 2019–2024. Dari 152 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 28 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa TIK berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, aksesibilitas pendidikan, serta keterlibatan siswa. Namun, tantangan yang ditemukan meliputi kesenjangan digital, kesiapan guru, dan infrastruktur teknologi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi TIK dalam pembelajaran digital sangat penting, namun memerlukan strategi implementasi yang terencana dan berkelanjutan.
