Peran Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Siswa
Abstract
Pendidikan adalah lembaga yang tidak hanya berfokus kepada ilmu pengetahuan saja, tetapi juga mengarah kepada pengembangan diri siswa. Pada dasarnya siswa itu kreatif, tetapi dibutuhkan seorang guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kreativitas. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan yang bersumber dari buku dan jurnal dengan jumlah total 28 referensi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa beberapa peran yang dapat dilakukan guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kreativitas siswa di antaranya dengan melakukan pendamping, Forum Group Discussion, pembelajaran problem solving dan pembelajaran berbasis bermain peran.
