Pengaruh Resiliensi Digital, Efikasi Kolektif, dan Budaya Inovasi Sekolah Terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Madrasah

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Resiliensi Digital, Efikasi Kolektif, dan Budaya Inovasi Sekolah terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Madrasah pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Lamandau. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 43 guru dari empat Madrasah Tsanawiyah yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sensus (sampling jenuh). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4 melalui evaluasi outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil evaluasi model pengukuran menunjukkan seluruh indikator memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas, ditunjukkan oleh nilai outer loading di atas batas yang dipersyaratkan, nilai Average Variance Extracted (AVE) seluruh konstruk di atas 0,50, serta nilai Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability di atas 0,70. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Resiliensi Digital, Efikasi Kolektif, dan Budaya Inovasi Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Madrasah. Budaya Inovasi Sekolah memberikan pengaruh paling dominan dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,634 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 63,4% variasi Agilitas Organisasi Madrasah, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan adaptasi digital guru, penguatan keyakinan kolektif, dan pengembangan budaya inovasi sekolah merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan agilitas organisasi madrasah agar mampu merespons perubahan teknologi dan dinamika kebijakan pendidikan secara adaptif dan berkelanjutan.
