Peer Review Process

All authors must strictly adhere to the journal's Author Guidelines. Submissions may be rejected without scientific assessment if they fail to meet requirements for both writing format and accessibility, or if they contain insufficient or inappropriate formatting. Manuscripts must be based on the author's original work.

Initially, the Main Editor assesses each submission using a review form to determine its suitability regarding the journal's focus, scope, and other provisions. Articles that pass this initial check are assigned to a Section Editor, who manages the peer-review process, evaluating the manuscript's contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation.

The journal employs a double-blind peer-review system, ensuring the anonymity of both authors and reviewers. Submitted manuscripts are typically reviewed by two experts in the field relevant to the article's topic, following an initial similarity/plagiarism check by the editor to ensure low plagiarism. Reviewer comments are strictly confidential. Authors can generally expect a decision, or an explanation for any delay, within 8 weeks of receipt. If revisions are required, the corresponding author must resubmit the revised article within 2 weeks. The Principal Editor makes the final decision based on the comprehensive peer-review process. All reviewed manuscripts are treated with the utmost confidentiality prior to publication, as outlined in the Publication Ethics policy. Authors who have not received an update within seven days may contact the journal administration.
