Menelaah Ulang Pemikiran Angelika Neuwirth dalam Kasus Rumah Tangga Ibrahim dan Imran dalam Al-Quran

This article discusses Angelika Neuwirth’s thought about the house of Abraham and the house of Imran. And also about Late Antiquity’s scriptural. This article also discuss how Neuwirth as an Orientalism or Western scholarship to do with the Qur’anic text. Neuwirth without sceptical act interprets the Qur’anic text prominently with intertextuality approach beyond linguistic-historical hermeneutic to the prolog of sura Ali Imran, mainly the story about Mary. Her studies finally produce that ideologically the text has to reduce the polemic and conflict among the believer faith. This is as proof that Qur’anic text as also adopts the Late Antiquity text from Jewish and Cristian tradition
