Implikasi Literasi Digital terhadap Kesejahteraan Digital pada Digital Native: Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi literasi digital terhadap kesejahteraan digital pada digital native, di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital dan media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan menelaah berbagai studi relevan yang dipublikasikan oleh scopus pada periode 2016–2026. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kesejahteraan digital, terutama dalam pengelolaan stres, kesehatan mental, kontrol penggunaan media sosial, serta pencegahan kecanduan digital. Literasi digital tidak hanya berkaitan dengan kemampuan teknis dalam menggunakan teknologi, tetapi juga mencakup kemampuan berpikir kritis, memilih konten yang sehat, mengelola interaksi digital, dan membangun perilaku online yang bertanggung jawab. Dengan demikian, literasi digital menjadi faktor penting dalam membantu Generasi Z menghadapi risiko psikologis akibat penggunaan teknologi yang berlebihan sehingga pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan digital. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya pengembangan pendidikan literasi digital yang komprehensif, tidak hanya berorientasi pada keterampilan teknologi, tetapi juga pada penguatan kesejahteraan mental dan kualitas hidup digital
