The Manuscripts will proceed to the double-blind review process. Throughout the review process, the identity of the author(s) and the reviewer(s) will be concealed, so that neither side will get to know each other. The editors will then decide by considering the reviewers’ recommendation with three possibilities: decline submission, accept submission, or revisions required. Please kindly bear in mind that a ‘revisions required’ decision does not guarantee acceptance. A point-by-point explanation of how comments have been addressed must be supplied with the revised version of the paper. Revisions may undergo further peer review, and papers may undergo more than one round of revision. Acceptance will be made if the editor is satisfied with the revisions.
