Phenomenological methodology is used to be able to map in detail about the individual's awareness and experience of an event that has been experienced or is being experienced from his/her point of view. Phenomenological philosophy, symbolic interactionism sociology and hermeneutics are the basis of the phenomenological method. The philosophical view of phenomenology raises the individual's experience of the phenomenon that becomes a picture of himself/herself about an event. Symbolic meanings and values that influence patterns of thinking and behavior in the context of individual development determine his/her choices. Individuals provide an understanding of their world and social interactions. In the context of education, individuals can be understood through self, but have a complex relationship with their social environment to be able to adapt and understand what is really happening and the meaning of achieving academically and their social skills.
