Abstract

This study aims to improve Quran writing skills through the use of Quran writing media with the follow the line technique. This technique involves copying Quranic text by following pre-printed lines on Quran writing media, helping students learn and memorize the Quran with greater precision and focus. The follow the line technique requires high concentration, persistence, and accuracy in copying each letter and verse in the correct order. The benefits of this method include enhanced attention to detail, perseverance, a better understanding of the structure of verses, and a strengthened spiritual connection with the Quranic text. The research shows that the implementation of the follow the line technique with Quran writing media has improved the learning outcomes in Islamic Education (PAI) at each cycle. Based on the observations and assessments conducted, Quran writing instruction through this media achieved the target set, with 85% of students meeting the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) established by the school, which is 80. The researcher concludes that this technique is effective in improving students' Quran writing and memorization skills.
