Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Menyambut Usia Baligh Melalui Penerapan Metode Talking Stick
Abstract
Education is a pivotal sector in national development, enhancing the quality of life for Indonesians with faith and devotion to God as motivational foundations. Islamic education plays a critical role in fostering students' understanding and practice of religious teachings as a way of life. Achieving quality human resources requires effective learning processes, where professional teachers and the application of appropriate teaching methods and media are essential for student success. The study explores the concept of reaching maturity within Islamic jurisprudence, highlighting signs of maturity and obligations for those who reach it. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and tests to assess students' understanding. Findings reveal that the Talking Stick method significantly improves learning outcomes, with mastery rates increasing from 86% in Cycle I to 90% in Cycle II. The method fosters an interactive classroom atmosphere where students feel motivated, engaged, and encouraged to express themselves.
