The governing body of Dinamika Ilmu is established under the authority of State Islamic University Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda, is officially managed under the authority of the institution and supported by the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training and the Institute for Research and Community Services. The governing body is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, sustainability, and overall governance of the journal.

The governing body ensures that the journal operates in accordance with recognized standards of academic publishing, including ethical principles promoted by the Committee on Publication Ethics. Its responsibilities include establishing general policies, ensuring financial and administrative support, and maintaining the long-term development of the journal.

 While the governing body provides institutional oversight, it does not interfere with the editorial process. The Editor-in-Chief and editorial board retain full independence in making decisions related to manuscript evaluation, peer review, and publication. This separation ensures that all editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
