PEER-REVIEW PROCESS

All manuscripts submitted to DINAMIKA ILMU undergo a rigorous editorial and peer-review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the scholarly content we publish. The process is outlined as follows:

Initial Screening

Upon submission, the manuscript is first screened by the editorial office to ensure compliance with the journal’s submission guidelines, including formatting, scope, and ethical standards. Manuscripts that do not meet these basic requirements may be returned to the authors without review.

Editor Evaluation

If the manuscript passes the initial screening, it is assigned to a section editor or editor-in-chief who evaluates its originality, relevance, clarity, and contribution to the field. The editor may desk-reject the manuscript at this stage if it is deemed unsuitable for peer review.

Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass the editorial evaluation are sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The journal adopts a double-blind review process, where both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other to ensure impartiality.

Reviewers’ Recommendations

Reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommend one of the following decisions:

- Accept

- Minor Revisions

- Major Revisions

- Reject

Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers’ comments and recommendations, the editor makes a final decision. In the case of revisions, authors are invited to respond to the reviewers’ comments and submit a revised manuscript within a specified period.

Final Acceptance and Publication

Once a manuscript is accepted, it undergoes copyediting, proofreading, and formatting before being published online. Authors will be given an opportunity to review the proofs before final publication.

Ethical Considerations

The journal adheres strictly to ethical standards in scholarly publishing and follows the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Any suspected ethical misconduct, including plagiarism or data falsification, will be investigated accordingly.
