Dinamika Ilmu, an academic journal published by State Islamic University Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda, is officially managed under the authority of the institution and supported by the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training and the Institute for Research and Community Services. The journal aims to promote scholarly dialogue and disseminate high-quality research in the field of education and related disciplines, facilitating contributions from researchers, lecturers, students, and practitioners.

The institutional management provides administrative and financial support to ensure the sustainability and operational continuity of the journal. However, the Editor-in-Chief maintains full academic independence in making editorial decisions. The editorial process, including manuscript selection, peer review, and publication, is conducted objectively and free from any external influence, including from the journal owner or sponsoring institution.
