  2. Scope: The manuscript must be relevant to the focus and scope of BENJOLE.
  3. Manuscript Preparation: The manuscript must comply with the journal's Author Guidelines, including requirements concerning language, structure, formatting, references, tables, and figures.

Authors are encouraged to review the complete Author Guidelines before beginning the submission process.

Online Submission Steps

The submission process consists of the following stages:

  1. Registration and Login: Create an account on the BENJOLE website, select the appropriate author role, and log in.
  2. Start Submission: Select the appropriate manuscript section and complete the submission checklist.
  3. Upload Submission: Upload the manuscript file and ensure that it complies with the journal's formatting requirements.
  4. Enter Metadata: Provide the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, and other required information.
  5. Upload Supplementary Files: Submit any required declarations, figures, tables, or supporting documents.
  6. Review and Confirmation: Check all uploaded files and entered information before completing the submission.
  7. Complete Submission: Confirm and finish the submission through the OJS platform.

Editorial Assessment and Peer Review

After submission, the manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine its relevance to the journal's scope and compliance with submission requirements. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements may proceed to the journal's peer-review process.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance, reviewer recommendations, and compliance with the journal's editorial policies.

Authors are responsible for responding to editorial and reviewer comments and submitting revisions within the deadlines communicated by the editorial team.

Privacy Statement
